墙面漆施工注意事项
许多客户都容易忽视底漆的作用，其实底漆的作用非常大，一是加强基础与面漆的附着力，它可以渗透到基础的毛细孔内部，形成爪型深深嵌入基层，与基层形成牢固的粘着力，同时与面漆有着非常好的附着力，起到承上启下的作用；二是它封闭基层的毛细孔，防止水泥中的碱份渗透出来，导致面漆发花（即通常所说的泛碱），同时减少面漆的使用量。因此一定要涂刷底漆，并必须保证涂刷均匀，不露底，无漏涂；厚薄均匀，无流挂等。
面漆是直接对外的一层，所以它对涂刷的施工技术要求也比较严格，在施工时对工人的安排和时间的搭配需要一定的技巧，另外涂刷第二道面漆时必须等第一道面漆干透后方可涂刷，且涂刷第二遍面漆时须一次成型，不可修补，保证涂层色泽一致，厚薄均匀，不露底，无漏涂，无流挂，无搭色，分色清晰，涂刷面漆尽量不要加水，特别是对于深颜色的面漆，否则可能由于每桶加入水的比例不同，导致涂刷颜色不一致；有些涂层或涂料需要喷涂工艺施工，例如银浆氟碳漆，因为漆中的铝片是片状的，所以在喷涂时一是要保持固定的角度，固定与墙面的距离，而且要一次成型，禁止多次反复重喷，否则会造成涂层光泽度不致，重喷后会发暗等不良现象。
